A general health overview will take place to assess any specific areas of focus for the session.  The client will lay on a massage table (fully clothed) with the option of using a bolster under the leg to support for optimum comfort. Clients often feel a sense of Relaxation.  Many clients fall asleep while receiving Reiki services.  Sometimes the client feels energy moving through their body and even some “tingling” sensations as a result.  Because this service is delivered through light touch there is no direct impact to the body as there may be through massage.
